A Little About Me
I'm Reyanna, a Certified Holistic Life Coach, Certified CBT Coach Practitioner, and Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner.
Because of my own life experiences, I understand, empathize, and will never judge. As your spiritual sister, I recognize that there are some topics of such a delicate nature that you may not feel comfortable sharing with a non-JW therapist. I have chosen to specialize in inner child work, healing/moving forward from emotional traumas, and setting/reaching attainable goals for your "whole self," so you can be the best version of YOU mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.
PLEASE NOTE: It is my aim to work solely with Jehovah's Witness sisters, so please only give out my info to our sisters in the faith. Because I am also a busy wife, homeschool mom of 3, and regular pioneer, I am currently only taking in-person and virtual clients on Thursdays, however, please see my booking page to learn about email coaching!
Welcome to My Cozy Therapy Office
You have seen the tiny house trend...well, I created my own tiny therapy office! Working from the comfort of a corner in my home (with its own entrance) allows me to keep my prices affordable for my dear sisters.
If you are local to the Imperial Valley, you will definitely want to come to an in-person session to relax in cozy ambiance and even sip a cup of herbal tea if you like. I always have soothing nature music in the background, a candle or incense going, twinkle lights, a Himalayan salt lamp, and diffuse calming essential oils into the air. I even have a soft blanket available for those chilly winter days we occasionally get :) Take 60 minutes for yourself to escape ringing phones, horn blares, crying children, and anything else that has you stressed, and step into a little world of relaxation and validation.
